Seems you have yourself in a situation that isn't good for you or the baby. Try your local food/shelter/finance assistance establishment. Here in Wa it is called DSHS......they can connect you with some resources. H.U.D. gives priority to mom's with children at a homeless shelter for this state. So, if you were to go to a shelter for a certain length of time, HUD would give you emergency assistance for housing. DSHS would give you assistance for food, cash, and medical. If you get hospitalized before you figure out your circumstances, ask for the hospital Social Worker to help you with the paperwork to apply for medical, food, housing, etc. It is streamlined and processed faster from the hospital because the hospital wants to make sure they get paid of course. First and foremost, make sure you are safe, in a safe environment, with safe people around you, and that you do not participate in any unsafe practices. You will have to grow up fast now, it isn't just you anymore. You will be the person responsible to take care of that child, and you will be held responsible by GOD and man for you to take care of that child. Even their salvation is your responsibility in the sight of GOD. So, time to make your way to a solution for you and your child. Change your life because it will change your child's life! GOD is there for you if you choose, and a church family is a great family to be supportive and guide you through life's troubles. Many prayers for you

Thanks for that little story with the mattress. Makes you think twice about what our good intentions may cause others to stumble:) However, perhaps another lesson could be there as well. Secretly keeping money for years? Questionable, was there some greed there? If so, GOD sometimes works in mysterious ways

Watched some of the movie, "Case for Christ" by Strobel, and was really great:) It is so awesome to hear about GOD protecting those who have faith

 in response to Justin1974...   Go to your local community grocery store and ask if they donate to any places during the week. Most places can point out a food bank, community resources, or private charities that can assist you. Make no mistake, times are definitely hard for all. But there are still resources out there to be had. Don't forget your main resource for life itself, Jesus. Join a church and ask them for help :) That is a family to be there for support and lend assistance when possible. Sometimes it's in styles or forms we may not be pleased with, but we must be grateful for the gifts GOD brings our way. Not grumble if we don't like the package it comes in:) So, chin up..........search your phone book, ask the local State Assistance Office for help, and Pray.
